Marketing Communication Manager

Your tasks

In this challenging role your key responsibilities are the following:

  • Managing of events and trade show exhibitions including but not limited to planning, organizing the creative design of the event presence, pre-event promotion, lead handling and nurturing
  • Develop and execute the relevant marketing communication plans for the Communication Segment
  • Implementing campaigns leveraging both traditional (collateral, print advertising, etc.) and digital (social media, digital advertising, websites, email, etc.) marketing tactics
  • Contributes to the media plan, editorial calendar and external customer-facing communications as related to the Communication Segment
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Communications team to help leverage and optimize the HUBER+SUHNER website, e-marketing tools, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media channels and other digital marketing tactics
  • Attending and participating in relevant tradeshows
  • Monitors budget and expenditures
  • Actively soliciting relevant input from internal stakeholders to develop appropriate marketing tools and materials
  • Assessing state of current materials – revising existing literature as appropriate, archive outdated versions, and leverage digital whenever possible
  • Coordinate content development in alignment with the overarching brand guidelines

Your profile

We are looking for a high motivated person with excellent communication skills and the following additional skills:

  • BA/BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Marketing Communications role developing content and implementing both offline and online campaigns, required
  • Excellence in written and verbal English, German is an advantage
  • Experience with social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, required
  • Experience in event/tradeshow management, including online webinars and live streaming events, required
  • Experience in communication B2B environment, preferred
  • Sound knowledge in lead generation and management
  • Demonstrated project management and time management skills
  • Ability to create briefs for external suppliers and manage budget and delivery time
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
