Your Tasks and Responsibilities
• Using Stadler's training systems such as Employee Development System (EDS) and Shine (e-Learning).
• Monitor group emails.
• Process Training Request Form submissions promptly.
• Liaise with internal and external training providers to arrange courses.
• Provide feedback to requestors and local management.
• Maintain records for each training course.
• Prepare joining instructions for training courses.
• Create and maintain course registers.
• Ensure course feedback is completed, reviewed, and acted upon.
• Maintain documentation structures.
• Provide administrative support to local training teams for each site, requiring limited travel.
• Assist in maintaining the training and competence budget, including creating purchase request forms, submitting supplier approvals, and completing purchases.
• Assist in training development and delivery as needed.
What are we looking for?
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.• Good organisational skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Word and Excel.
• GCSE 9/A*-4/C in both English and Maths.
