Manage all the material and spare parts in close collaboration with our Finnish customer as well as our headquarters in Switzerland
Provide and develop material demand estimates
Plan and assure availability of spare parts (purchasing, materials disposition, transport and logistics, customs)
Manage and evaluate suppliers
Develop sourcing strategies
Management of incoming goods
Ensure a top-quality standard for the work sites regarding logistics
Managing and supervise inventory
Observe obsolescence issues and develop strategies to mitigate the impact of obsolete parts
Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example ensuring that stock such as chemicals are stored safely
Act as direct supervisor for the Procurement employees
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Technical and/or logistics degree. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
Independent and structured working methods and at the same time a team player with high quality standards
Experience with customs clearance and Incoterms rules
Experience with negotiations
Ability to create routine reports and correspondence
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments
Full Microsoft Office proficiency
Fluent in Finnish (full working proficiency) and English
