As a specialist Mergers & Acquisitions you will play a central role in shaping and executing the Group's strategic growth agenda through high-impact transactions and partnerships. You will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities, contributing directly to long-term value creation and strategic expansion.
YOUR TASKS
- Lead and support end-to-end M&A processes (buy-side and sell-side), including origination, execution, and closing
- Build and maintain advanced financial models (DCF, trading/comparable multiples, and synergy-based valuation analyses)
- Coordinate complex, cross-functional due diligence (financial, commercial, legal, and tax)
- Prepare high-quality investment materials, including investment memoranda, board presentations, management decks, NBOs, BOs, and decision papers
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution in collaboration with senior leadership and external advisors
- Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive analyses to identify inorganic growth opportunities
- Evaluate acquisition targets, partnerships, and divestment options aligned with corporate strategy
- Support post-merger integration (PMI) activities, adhoc financial analysis, and financing initiatives
YOUR PROFIL
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier institution
- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory (Big 4 experience is a plus)
- Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise with hands-on transaction execution experience
- Solid understanding of M&A processes, due diligence frameworks, and deal structuring
- Healthcare sector experience is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and French (business fluent); German is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
