Internal Control System Specialist, Finance & Risk Manager
70–100% (or job sharing), Bern and home office
Help us shape the future of our internal control system and risk management. With your expertise in ICS finance and enterprise risk management, you support our Governance, Risk, Compliance & Security (GRCS) unit and the various business units in the integrated risk management process. Become part of our interdisciplinary team and make your mark. You help us improve risk transparency and create trust in processes, figures and governance.
How you make a difference
- You develop the internal control system (ICS) in the Finance unit and, working with the ICS officers in the various business units, ensure the execution of the ICS processes.
- You are responsible for ICS reporting to the Head of Finance, Executive Management and the Board of Directors and for drawing up measures based on this reporting.
- You carry out risk assessments in a structured manner, coordinate closely with business and specialist disciplines, consolidate data, develop risk strategies and support strategic projects and M&A at Swiss Post.
- You support integrated enterprise risk management at unit and Group level.
- As a generalist with a high affinity for strategic issues relating to risk, ICS and integrated management systems, you manage projects independently. You help us continue shaping Swiss Post's integrated assurance.
What you have to offer
- You have a university degree and have completed a specialization or advanced training in risk management or ICS.
- Your profile also includes several years of professional experience in internal control systems and/or risk management.
- You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, and you work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- Your strengths include a high level of social competency, a capacity for self-reflection, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and commitment.
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are good at handling change processes.
- You are also creative and able to contribute to operations.
- You communicate very well in spoken and written German, and you have good (spoken) knowledge of a second national language. English is an advantage.
We offer a fair salary of between CHF 130'100 - 145'100 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
