We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to drive the evolution of our media product portfolio. This role is focused on unlocking new revenue streams by combining, enhancing, and repositioning our existing features, tools, and products into cohesive, marketable concepts, leveraging AI where possible and useful.
You are responsible for validating, prototyping, and building concepts that leverage our current tech stack and content assets to create new, holistic value propositions for our users and commercial teams.

Your tasks

Strategic Concept Creation & Validation
  • Analyze our existing product features, tools, and content assets across the entire portfolio to identify opportunities for synthesis
  • Own the end-to-end process for validating, prototyping, and building new product concepts.
  • Define a clear business case, target user segment, and concrete path to monetization for every concept

Execution & Delivery
  • Translate validated concepts into actionable product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring minimum lovable products to market rapidly.
  • Collaborate on continuous product discovery efforts with our UX Research and Data teams, using qualitative and quantitative insights to refine prototypes, achieve product-market fit for new concepts, and evolve them post-launch into sustainable products.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs focused on new revenue generation and user engagement

Stakeholder Management & Influence
  • Clearly articulate the strategy, commercial potential, and progress of new product concepts to stakeholders, securing necessary buy-in.
  • Act as the strategic integrator, aligning different product and engineering teams across the portfolio to contribute their existing components towards the new concept's successful launch.

Your profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching products focused on new revenue streams or strategic business evolution.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and a deep comfort with prototyping, testing, and rapidly iterating based on data.
  • Strategic acumen in media, content, or publishing with a solid understanding of digital monetization models.
  • Proven ability to navigate a complex organizational structure, manage stakeholders, and influence multiple teams without direct authority.
  • Solid understanding of technology architecture and API/data integration, allowing you to credibly discuss with engineering teams.
  • Proficient in German and English.
  • Bonus: experience with tools such as Palantir.
