What you bring along
Completed BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration or Psychology (University/FH)
Engaging personality with vision, that convinces us with creative drive and an open mindset
Extensive and global experience in the area of learning and development, ideally within the industry
Excellent communication skills in German and English
