We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Office Manager to help actively shape and manage daily operations. In this role, you will support a dynamic team of engineers and project managers, coordinate office activities, oversee administrative functions and provide support to local leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to actively leverage your knowledge of the city and its culture.
Essential Functions
• Manage office operations including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and handling office supplies.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and document preparation.
• Oversee office facilities management ensuring the workspace is well-maintained and organized.
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are available and functional.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence for the office.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and office budget tracking (petty cash).
• Establishment of service providers and external suppliers.
• Perform data entry and maintain internal records, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
• Liase with the main office in Salt Lake City to provide support for HR functions including onboarding new employees, coordinating training, and maintaining employee records, office policies, and procedure
Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred• 3+ years' experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to independently solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills to interact with internal and international stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Experience with basic accounting or invoicing is a plus.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Intimate knowledge/experience of Atlanta, specifically the city of Buckhead and the surrounding area.
