We are seeking an experienced Data Operations Manager:in to lead our organization's data management initiatives and ensure the highest standards of data quality and compliance across our enterprise platforms.

Your tasks

  • Manage data platform, infrastructure and pipeline operations
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks and policies
  • Oversee data quality assurance programs and establish monitoring mechanisms
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Oversee incident response and problem resolution

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in data governance and operations roles
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and operational best practices
  • Experience with data quality tools, ETL processes and pipelines, preferred Palantir Foundry
  • Proven track record in team leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Recruiting Process

  • This is followed by a video call with Merlin Bauer, Head of Data Platforms and Franziska Wildi, Recruiting Specialist (duration approx. 45 to 60 minutes)
  • The next step is a second on-site interview and you get to know the team
  • And then, at best, the contract offer will already be made
