This role is not for the faint of heart-our compensation setup is intricate, and we're embarking on a comprehensive redesign of our job architecture. Your area of responsibility

Lead Compensation & Advanced Compensation Processes: Take full ownership of our compensation processes, ensuring seamless configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.

Your strengths

Workday Certification in Compensation / Advanced Compensation (either one a must-have).

Hands-on Specialist: A "dye-in-the-wool" Workday compensation and advanced compensation expert with a track record of success managing complex setups.

Strong HCM Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of Workday HCM Core, including job architecture, grading, and job profiles.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to compensation configurations and processes.

Collaborative and Proactive: A team player who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and who takes initiative to drive projects forward.
