How you can make an impact

• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth and achieve targets for new signalling projects and order intake awards.
• Prepare and negotiate offers for new projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
• Conduct in-depth technical and market research to identify opportunities, create strategic plans, and provide regular reporting on market trends.
• Manage and report on the commercial and technical status of offers, as well as project risks, to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
• Monitor upcoming projects through continuous market analysis to anticipate trends and identify competitive advantages or shifts.
• Demonstrate independent leadership and entrepreneurial mindset within the organization to drive innovation and business success.

How you will contribute

• Possess an academic degree with a strong technology focus in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Hold 10 years of experience in the railway industry.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital technologies & services applicable to signaling offers, and excel in consultative and value-based selling of products and solutions.
• Display a keen interest in negotiating across different cultures, coupled with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Exhibit strong teamwork abilities with a high level of social competence, responsibility, assertiveness, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English is key, additional languages like German or French are beneficial.
