What you bring along
Completed Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Psychology (University/FH)
Committed personality with vision, a solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach
Several years of experience in a similar function, ideally in an international industrial company
Excellent communication skills in German and English
