Role Overview

The successful candidate will be based at our Leicester depot, working closely with the Head of Location and key stakeholders to support the delivery of operational and business objectives. We're seeking an experienced leader with strong commercial awareness who can bring people, processes and performance together. Leading the business support function, you'll create an environment where people can thrive, drive continuous improvement and build strong stakeholder relationships while helping shape the future direction of our business.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Key Responsibilities:

­Build strong and trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term partnership success.
­Support the delivery of contractual commitments, balancing customer needs, operational priorities and business objectives.
­Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and customer experience through effective planning and continuous improvement.
­Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure resources, processes and priorities are aligned to business needs.
­Contribute to commercial discussions, contract variations and performance reviews, helping to drive sustainable business success.
­Use data and insight to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement, supporting informed decision-making.
­Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, accountability and operational excellence.
