What you achieve

To make sure ServiceNow is implemented successfully, you monitor the scope of the projects and share the status with your team and the customer. For stakeholders and partners, you plan the resources and tasks using our modern time-management tool. Plus, you control timesheets and project schedules for customers. You plan budgets, follow up on the budget consumption, and provide regular status reports to everyone involved in each project. Most importantly, you ensure that the remaining budget allows covering all required activities to finish the projects. In addition, you analyze, identify and highlight potential risks for the customers and our ServiceNow team. You determine the best tools for the projects according to customer needs and possibilities and define the ideal way to interact with our customers.

Why you succeed

  • Degree (Uni/UAS/technical college) in computer science or a similar field
  • Experience managing complex IT projects, ideally with ServiceNow applications or ITSM equivalent
  • Certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, or project management (e.g., PMP, PPM, PRINCE2) are a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to concisely and clearly communicate to different audiences (e.g., customers, internal/external resources, partners)
  • Capacity and natural ability to deal with conflicts and issues, not afraid to make decisions
  • Very good German, French and English are mandatory
