What I do
Tradeshow and webinar supportIn-person events: Will support in the planning, organization, and promotion of Baumer's participating in large tradeshows, smaller events, and workshops throughout the year. This includes creation of marketing materials, coordination of logistics, target market research, working with third party vendors, and more. Will continuously look to optimize and improve the experience to generate the highest quality leads and position Baumer as a leader in the automation space.
Virtual events: Will assist with the planning, creation, and execution of webinars, virtual events, speaker opportunities, and podcasts to amplify Baumer's brand and generate leads for various marketing initiatives. This includes creation of presentations, hosting dry runs, and creating promotional materials.
Digital marketingSocial media: Continue to build and grow the monthly social media calendar for US and CA, including writing posts and coordinating graphics to grow audiences in US and CA. Review analytics and provide ideas for improvement. The Marketing Coordinator will also support our distribution channel in developing specific posts to amplify their goals.
LinkedIn and Facebook Ads: Will assist in the development of targeted ads on LinkedIn and Facebook in collaboration with our headquarter in Switzerland and the Manager of Marketing and Inside Sales. This includes developing the strategy, content, and creative. Newsletters: Will assist in the creation of monthly newsletters for specific marketing campaigns. This includes writing content, coordinating graphics, and creating the emails in our email system. Additionally, as the organization evolves, will work on setting up email drip campaigns for certain target markets. As part of this process, will collect and analyze data on a monthly basis and provide suggestions for improvements.
PR and channel supportPublic relations: Works with the global PR manager and the Manager of Marketing and Inside Sales to push out press releases and company news with relevant associations and PR connections to amplify the Baumer brand in North America. As part of this process, will develop and manage our media list. The Marketing Coordinator will also help suggest and write new content, articles, and press releases to help strengthen our brand.
Channel support: Serves as a liaison to our priority distribution partners to collaborate on marketing materials to strengthen our brand awareness through newsletters, events, webinars, social media posts, and more. This will include the creation and distribution of a weekly marketing newsletter to our priority distribution partners. The Marketing Coordinator will also manage and grow our “distribution kit.”Data and ResearchAnalytics: Collects analytics monthly from newsletters, advertisers, social media, google analytics, webinars and more. Will create and set up a nice dashboard to present information. As part of this process, will make sure that all leads from marketing campaigns are added to the CRM with the correct campaign ID and all the necessary information. Will occasionally help enter leads from big tradeshows and events.
In collaboration with Manager of Marketing and Inside Sales will conducts market research and analysis to determine target accounts for upcoming marketing/sales campaigns using our CRM system, RocketReach, Sales Navigator, and more.
