Cloud & Automation DevOps Engineer

How you make a difference

  • You analyse problems (business processes, data, disruptions) and the environment (organization, requirements, systems) and develop solutions. 
  • Together with the team, you shape IT operations as a dynamic platform for innovation and drive automation and life cycle management forward. 
  • You ensure efficient, stable and scalable operation by monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement. 
  • You support the business with configurations and deployment topics and ensure smooth processes. 
  • You handle technical issues efficiently and ensure quick ticket processing in the ITSM system. 
  • You keep an eye on your budget and economic viability and introduce appropriate measures if necessary. 
  • Your ideas help us continually optimize our IT services. 

What you have to offer

  • You have a degree in informatics, business informatics or a comparable qualification.  
  • You have several years of experience in DevOps and knowledge of the operation of scalable systems, and ideally have a basic understanding of system integration. 
  • You have practical experience with cloud platforms and SaaS solutions and enjoy handling data. 
  • Agile and customer-oriented working in a transversal organization is a matter of course for you. 
  • Your strengths include personal initiative and curiosity for new technologies as well as the ability to translate complex goals into clear steps. 
  • You communicate in a manner that is appropriate to the target audience, enjoy working in a team and have a good understanding of customer requirements. 
  • You have a good spoken and written command of German and good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is a plus.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 115'080 - 130'080 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
