How you can make an impact

  • Lead and support a team of experts in various railway compliance and safety areas
  • Develop team and individual skills through mentorship and training
  • Organize and conduct team and individual meetings to track progress and ensure alignment
  • Represent the team in leadership meetings and strategic decision-making processes
  • Interface with assessors, authorities, customers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the team and department
  • Drive compliance with railway ordinances and standards such as EN 50126, 50128, 50716, TS 50701, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001
  • Contribute to strategic decisions and expert groups within the organization

How you will contribute

  • Completed technical education from ETH, TU, FH, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in applying railway ordinances and standards in rail vehicle construction and signaling
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and verbal)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive results
  • Motivated to learn about new technologies, development processes, and tools in the railway industry
