You lead and develop the process engineering team responsible for scalable module assembly processes. This role combines team leadership and hands-on process engineering, from defining robust processes and ensuring manufacturability to supporting industrialization, production transfer and ramp-up. You'll also build and maintain strong relationships with external manufacturing partners and collaborate closely with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain through to serial production.
