In Poland, Stadler operates several specialized facilities focused on the production of both individual components and complete rail vehicles, as well as their maintenance and servicing.

Stadler has recently decided to expand its power converter factory. The facility will supply converters to Stadler's production sites worldwide, as well as to external customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Timely delivery of assigned projects, including both commercial and technical aspects.
  • Ongoing communication with clients, company offices and external institutions.
  • Budget monitoring and control.
  • Developing project schedules and defining key milestones.
  • Supporting engineering, supply chain and production departments.
  • Coordinating customer acceptance processes.
  • Reporting project status to management (costs, timelines, risks).
  • Maintaining technical arrangements and agreements.
  • Close cooperation with the Engineering Department regarding technical documentation.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or project implementation.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of project management tools/systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in client communication.
  • Consistency and effectiveness in task execution.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Certification in project management tools/systems will be an advantage.
