Senior Architect
At Bühler, we have Service Business as a strategic development target. We are looking for a Solutions Architect to be hands-on in designing and delivering creative solutions across multiple capabilities of the Service business.
Are you an experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in designing Service Management solutions? If so, we want to hear from you!
- You are responsible for delivering high-quality solution designs for the Epics you are working on.
- You will elaborate on solution concepts, perform requirements engineering, and create system and program specifications.
- You will coordinate developments provided by internal and external partners, including conducting quality checks and testing.
- You will on one's own customize SAP ERP CS/SD.
- You will create technical documentation of system setups.
- You will support global implementation projects of process and system standards, including conducting user trainings.
- You will provide third-level system support for global users, including quality management.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, software development, engineering, business administration, or a similar field.
- You have experience in solution architecture and expertise in creating architecture deliverables for both waterfall and Agile projects.
- You have over 5 years of working experience, with more than 3 years in a similar position.
- You have experience in SAP ERP SD and advanced knowledge in SAP Customer Service Management.
- You possess debugging and programming skills in the SAP environment.
- You are fluent in English (business level).
