What you move
Identify and integrate new measurement tools with suppliers to deliver production-ready solutions
Support the resolution of production issues by systematically identifying and addressing root causes
Implement robust testing strategies and measurement processes for high-volume production environments
Play a key role in overseeing the entire process chain and driving continuous process improvements

What you bring along
Degree in engineering, preferably with experience in plasma, wet chemistry, lithography processes
Sound understanding of systems, processes and interrelationships in a microtechnology environment
Coordinative abilities and strong communication skills in German and English
Experience in the field of optical metrology as well as database and programming skills
