HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Demonstrating leadership, commitment and drive in implementing the overall responsibilities, ensuring a positive, cooperative and dedicated contribution to the success of our maintenance operations
  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned location to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including fleet management, maintenance planning and maintenance operations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders within the assigned operations
  • Organizing, facilitating and overseeing timely Management Review meeting to monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of project progress, and establishing an action plan to address any identified issues
  • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to ensure contracts align with company policies and risk management standards
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management on location operations and contract status
  • Lead initiatives to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Leading of regular meetings with customer and other stakeholders

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Minimum of three years' experience from a similar position
  • Degree of Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in contract management (e.g., IACCM/WorldCC, CIPS) or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in the railway/transportation sector is an advantage
  • Familiarity with compliance, health & safety, and local regulatory requirements
  • Analytical thinking and a high level of comprehension in complex processes
  • Independent, structured working method with high quality standards
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
