HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on locomotives in accordance with OEM documentation, maintenance plans and applicable procedures
  • Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve failures on electrical, mechanical, traction, braking, control and auxiliary systems using diagnostic tools and software
  • Support aftersales service activities, including on‑site and remote technical support, commissioning, modifications and technical campaigns
  • Analyze technical incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA); define and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure ECM and ECM III‑related maintenance management activities for the assigned fleet are executed and documented in compliance with the approved Maintenance Management System, safety regulations, quality standards and company guidelines
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance records, fault reports and technical documentation within the Maintenance Management System, and contribute to continuous improvement through technical feedback and lessons learned
  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of assigned staff (team leaders and service technicians)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • University degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable field
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in locomotive or rolling stock maintenance within an aftersales or service environment
  • Solid technical knowledge of rolling stock systems (traction, braking, control systems and auxiliary equipment)
  • Proven ability to analyze faults and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a structured manner
  • Experience in working with technical documentation, schematics and diagnostic tools
  • High awareness of safety, quality and regulatory requirements in a railway environment
  • Independent, reliable and solution‑oriented way of working
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Fluent in Turkish and good communication in English
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
